No Hassle Exchange Policy
Hey! My monkey doesn't scream! (and other performance related issues)If your Super Fly Monkey arrives damaged, e.g., it does not scream when shot into the air or an arm is not functioning correctly, please send us an email within 72 hours* of initial use and we will --without question -- send you a replacement item. We will also send you a bag to return the defective item so that we may improve our quality control performance.
Simply send us an email to:info@urbanboundaries.comwith a subject line "Hey, My Monkey/Animal Doesn't Work!". Please include (1) the cape / helmet color in your email so that we may re-ship the correct item and (2) your order number. We cannot process a "No Hassle Exchange" without both pieces of information.
Helpful Hints:Before You Request an Exchange, please verify the following:
(1) You have removed the Pull Tab from Super Fly Monkey or the white tab from the Barn Yard Animals
(2) During shipment it is possible for the Barn Yard Animals white pull tab (located on either their belly or back) to be pushed down into the animal. Please double check with a little investigation that you cannot see/locate this pull tab.
That's all there is to it -- it's no hassle everyday.
* - we understand that Super Fly Monkey (and flying friends) are gifts in many occassions. We will remain flexible in regard to length of time, but may need to contact you if the period of time is excessive.
Exchange Policy: The Source Group accepts exchanges postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. IMPORTANT: We will NOT accept Exchanges on Super Fly Monkey's that have been USED. You may exchange Super Fly Monkey for a different Cape/Hat color option. The Source Group will ship the exchanged items FREE of charge back to you! Requests for Exchanges not postmarked within 14 days of purchase will be refused.
Return Policy:The Source Group accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must include a completed Return Request Form to qualify for a full refund. IMPORTANT: The Source Group accepts Returns under ONE condition:
- Super Fly Monkey or Barn Yard Animal has all pull tabs and manufacturer tags still attached, has NOT been used, and is in the "as shipped" condition.
The Source Group has the right to refuse a return request if the Super Fly Monkey has been removed from it's original plastic factory sealed packaging. Refunds on returned merchandise will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Requests for Returns not postmarked within 14 days of purchase will be refused. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
